Peter has more than 25 years of Management experience which includes both manufacturing and service industries. In the last 10 years he has worked in the extremely demanding Automotive sector. He has an extremely strong back ground in Logistics, Quality, Environment, OH&S and Production Management.

Michelle D Ward Sgro- Business Development Director

Michelle has extensive experience in Sales and Marketing and has a background in Design and Web technology, which includes Web development, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) , Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Web analysis strategy. In the last 10 years Michelle has been working in Business Start up and Business Analysis assisting small to medium sized business's to significantly improve their performance and profitability. Michelle brings with her a vast experience in business improvement methodology..

Kym Dunlop - Senior HR Specialist

Kym is a senior Human Resources professional who has been professionally involved in the field of Human Resources for over 15 years, and prior to that was engaged in chemical manufacturing and retail customer liaison and sales management roles, and is also currently involved in a franchise service business. Kym’s education spans a variety of tertiary institutions including, University of South Australia and TAFE in the fields of Human Resource Development (HRD) and Management and computing. Throughout his career, he has managed to blend the theory with the practice and demonstrated business acumen to produce commercially pragmatic strategies and solutions to contemporary Human Resource Management issues.

Ernest Horton - Training Development Consultant

Mr. Horton is a career healthcare professional with over 30 years experience, the majority of which has been in the Middle East. With a Masters in Hospital Administration from Washington University and current registration and familiarity with regulatory inspection policies and procedures, both in the US and the EU.
He has been in the UAE for the past 7 years and conducted numerous training courses in health, safety and emergency preparedness, including a large fire safety program for all the teachers, staff and students at the 128 government schools in Abu Dhabi. Dr. Saeed Al-Alawi, Senior Lecturer and Consultant-Bahrain University Dr. Al-Alawi is a Strathclyde University graduate in Glasgow with a Doctorate of Philosophy in Industrial Polymer Chemistry.
